How do I track my order?
When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. You can also visit our Track Order page. Tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders are processed within 1-3 business days and standard delivery is estimated at 7-15 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of carriers, weather, customs, address issues, or product availability.
Is shipping free?
Yes. CleanNova currently offers free standard shipping on orders placed through getcleannova.com. Any optional paid shipping method, if available, will be shown before checkout is completed.
What is your return policy?
Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please read our Refund Policy and contact us before mailing a return.

Can I change or cancel an order?
